Abstract
Renegotiation is an issue with high incidence between public sectors and private investors during the implement of PPP projects. In this article, taking agricultural leading enterprises as example, expound the organizational structure and operational process of PPP model in farmland consolidation projects leading by enterprises, analysis the benefits allocation of each participant and formulate their benefit models; Aiming at the possibility of renegotiation in this pattern, put forward the strategies of benefits adjustment in renegotiation.
