Research and Practice of Outstanding Mechanical Engineers Training Mode

This article studied the formulation and implementation of enterprise training program, specifically discussed the issues of enterprise training in "a plan for educating and training outstanding mechanical engineers (PETOME)". The tasks of enterprise training, the implementation of enterprise training program, and two different implementation schemes are introduced. It tries to provide reference for the universities to implement and perfect PETOME training program.
