Training Model of Mechanical Professionals in Jiangsu University

Mechanical engineering is a traditional engineering subject, whose personnel training has a direct effect on economy and social development. Renowned colleges and universities have been trying to optimalize mechanical students' knowledge structure, capability structure and diathesis structure, and to trail a way for research and exploration on innovation of the personnel training model. This paper systematical y introduces the process of training mechanical professionals, and focuses on the personnel training system, pattern and characteristics of Mechanical students in different periods against the background of mechanical personnel training in Jiangsu University.
