Abstract
It studies the obtaining method of urban road traffic flow parameters with probe vehicle technology. It makes Beijing as an example. First of all, processing the raw data, obtained by probe vehicle technology, with the help of map matching technology based on grid map, it achieves the speed of every roads. Making Pingan road as an example, it tests and verifies the value of speed. And then, it calculates speed-flow relationship and speed-occupancy relationship by the methods of regression analysis, curve-fitting and FCM (Fuzzy C-Means).
