The invention relates to a bearing capability simulated test device and method for a deepwater anchoring body. The test device comprises a test case, a seabed simulation system is arranged in the testcase, a hydraulic pressure control system for applying a hydraulic pressure and simulating the hydraulic pressure environment into the test case is arranged outside the test casing, the seabed simulation system is internally provided with an anchor body, the anchor body is provided with a transmission rod which penetrates the test case from bottom to top, a drawing device which applies an upwardpulling force to the transmission rod is arranged outside the test case, and a grouting system for injecting cement and mortar into the seabed simulation system via the anchor body is arranged outsidethe test case. The structure is compact, the difficulty in realizing bearing force test for the novel deepwater anchoring body can be overcome effectively, and the test method is simple.
