Study on inverted F-shaped RFID antenna

Abstract
In this paper, HFSS simulation software is mainly used to model a certain inverted f-shaped RFID antenna, simulate and analyze the influence of structural parameters (antenna’s length L, antenna’s height H, distance between feed point and ground D, micro-strip line width W) on the performance. By using the orthogonal experimental design, the main factors that affect the performance index are found out by the method of intuitive analysis and variance of analysis. Results show that through the intuitive analysis and variance of analysis in orthogonal experimental design conclusion tallies with the simulation results, the structural parameters of L, H, W, D has a certain influence on the resonant frequency. The influence of L on resonant frequency is more significant, but the influence of H, D and W on resonant frequency is not obvious.
