摘要
To explore the safety of arm infusion port, chest wall infusion port and PICC in the treatment of hematologic tumor. From October 2018 to October 2019, 145 patients with hematologic tumor treated by chemotherapy in our hospital were divided into three groups: arm group (n = 48), chest wall group (n = 45) and PICC group (n = 52) according to the infusion mode and location. All three groups were given routine nursing. To observe and compare the success rate, time, maintenance time, cancer-related fatigue, quality of life score, complications and remission time of three groups of patients, to explore the safety of arm infusion port, chest wall infusion port and PICC in the application of blood tumor chemotherapy. The success rate of one-time catheterization in arm group and chest wall group was significantly higher than that in PICC group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05); the success rate of one-time catheterization in arm group was significantly higher than that in chest wall group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The complication rate of arm group and chest wall group was significantly lower than that of PICC group, and the complication rate of arm group was significantly lower than that of chest wall group (P < 0.05). The release time of complications in arm group and chest wall group was significantly lower than that in PICC group, and that in arm group was significantly lower than that in chest wall group (P < 0.01). The time of tube maintenance in arm group and chest wall group was significantly lower than that in PICC group. The time of tube maintenance in arm group was significantly lower than that in chest wall group. The score of life quality in arm group and chest wall group was significantly higher than that in PICC group. The score of life quality in arm group was significantly higher than that in chest wall group (P <0.01). The level of physical fatigue, emotional fatigue and cognitive fatigue in the arm group and chest wall group were lower than those in the PICC group, while the level of physical fatigue, emotional fatigue and cognitive fatigue in the arm group were lower than those in the chest wall group (P < 0.01). Compared with PICC, implantable infusion port has the advantages of high safety, long maintenance time, short maintenance time, low incidence of complications, high quality of life and low depth of fatigue.
