摘要
The laser confocal microscope has a high resolution and can effectively observe the living comeal tissue after cataract extraction. The purpose of this article is to solve some problems in phacoemulsification cataract extraction and to explore the specific effect of using laser confocal microscopy to observe the living histological changes of the cornea after phacoemulsification cataract extraction, in order to treat 20 cataracts in our hospital. The patient was the subject of the study. Phacoemulsification cataract extraction was performed on the patient. Confocal laser microscopy was used to scan the corneal living tissue of the patient after surgery. The scanned images of each layer of corneal living tissue were recorded, and the histological changes of the patient's cornea were analyzed and studied. The results show that the laser confocal microscope can clearly show the specific morphology of each layer of corneal living tissue, and the observation accuracy is improved by 25.7%. After phacoemulsification surgery, 14.6% of corneal stromal nerve fiber tissue changes, the medium matrix and the posterior stromal layer. The corneal cell reflectance increased by 18.5% compared to before surgery. At the same time, the nucleus and cytoplasm of corneal endothelial cells were slightly swollen. It can be seen that phacoemulsification cataract extraction will cause changes in corneal living tissue. Confocal laser microscopy can effectively observe the morphology of the cornea after phacoemulsification cataract extraction.
