摘要
Objective: To investigate the role of M-type phospholipase A 2 receptor (PLA2R) and nephrin, the most classic slit diaphragm protein, in the pathogenesis of idiopathic membranous nephropathy (IMN) and their relationship with prognosis. Methods: Using immunohistochemical (Elivision) to detect the expression of PLA2R and nephrin in IMN and normal control group. Analyzing semi-quantitatively by Image pro-plus image analysis system to judge their influences on prognosis. Results: Nephrin expression quantity was general lower (P < 0.01) in IMN group. The control group expressed lower PLA2R than IMN group (P < 0.05). There is a negative correlation between PLA2R and nephrin expression quantity in IMN (P < 0.01). Nephrin relative expression quantity showed a negative correlation relationship with both the expression of PLA2R in renal biopsy tissue and urine protein quantitation (P < 0.01), but PLA2R relative expression quantity had no correlation with urine protein quantitation. The relative quantity of PLA2R and nephrin in each prognosis group had no statistical difference. Conclusion: Both of PLA2R and nephrin are expressed in the glomerular capillary loops of IMN patients, and there is a negative correlation between their expression quantity. The PLA2R and nephrin relative quantity has no obvious correlation with IMN patients' prognosis. However, it seems that patients who have a higher PLA2R expression are easier to get complete recovery.
