ON THE CURATIVE EFFECT OF ARTICAINE EPINEPHRINEIN COMBINATION WITH PAINLESS ORAL ANESTHESIA INSTRUMENT IN THE PAINLESS TREATMENT OF CHILD ENDODONTIC DISEASE

Objective: To discuss the curative effect of Articaine epinephrine in combination with painless oral anesthesia instrument in the painless treatment of pediatric endodontic disease. Method: Select the 260 cases from patients with pediatric endodontic disease in our hospital from March 2015 to February 2018 and divide them into groups randomly, 130 cases for control group and observation group each. Then the conventional method is adopted in the former group while Articaine epinephrine in combination with painless oral anesthesia instrument in the latter one, so as to analyze and compare the treatment effect. Result: The comparison of anesthetic effect: the good rate of the control group is 73.08%, while that of observation group 93.07%, which is much higher than that of the control group. The difference conforms to the statistical method (P<0.05); the comparison of curative effect: the curative effect of the observation group is better than that of the control group. The difference conforms to the statistical method (P<0.05). The comparison of facial expressions: the facial expressions of the observation group have obvious advantages than those of the control group. The difference conforms to the statistical method (P<0.05). Conclusion: For those with child endodontic disease, the adoption of Articaine epinephrine in combination with painless anesthesia instrument can effectively improve the curative effect, anesthesia good rate and lower the faces pain rating scale, which is trustworthy to be popularized for clinical practices.
