摘要
Objective: To investigate the efficacy of sequential treatment of temozolomide with concurrent radiotherapy on lung cancer patients with brain metastasis and its effect on sPD-L1 in blood. Methods: A total of 52 lung cancer patients with brain metastasis who were admitted to this hospital for treatment between June 2016 and May 2017 were divided randomly into the experiment group (n=26) and the control group (n=26). Patients in the experiment group received the sequential treatment of temozolomide with concurrent radiotherapy, and those in the control only underwent radiotherapy. Clinical efficacy and survival rate were compared between two groups; besides, investigations were also carried out to identify the correlation between the sPD-L1 and indicators of tumors before and after treatment in the experiment group. Results: The effective rates of the experiment group and control group were 80.77% and 65.38%, respectively; medians of the recurrence and survival of the experiment group were (7.53 +/- 5.02) months and (10.68 +/- 532) months, while those of the control group were (4.51 +/- 3.07) months and (6.86 +/- 3.95) months; in patients with complete response, partial response and stable disease, sPD-L1 levels were all significantly decreased (p<0.05), while in those with progressive disease, it was obviously increased (p<0.05). Conclusion: Lung cancer with brain metastasis has complicated clinical symptoms, and responds to Jew treatment methods, but sequential treatment of temozolomide with concurrent radiotherapy shows prominent efficacy, and can decrease the sPD-L1 level obvious. Thus, it is worthy of being promoted in clinical practice.
