Tandem absorbance and fluorescence detection following liquid chromatography for the profiling of multiclass phenolic compounds in different winemaking products

•DAD and FLD were coupled for the simultaneous quantification of 32 grape phenolics.•LOQs of flavanols and stilbenes were improved between 65 and 1000 % by using FLD.•The combination of DAD with FLD improved selectivity by reducing interfering signals.•DAD and FLD allowed the simultaneous quantification of different PCs families.•PCs from wines, bunch stems and grape canes were quantified by the proposed method.
