Effects of HSP90 inhibition on primordial germ cells migration: A study in the gonad of the chick embryo

•In this manuscrpit, we demonstrated for the first time that an inhibitor of HSP90 decreases the number of germ cells in the chick's gonad, as in the mammal, and despite the fact that germ cells migrate using a vascular way in the bird embryo.
