摘要

•Features extracted from EMI phase angle spectrum are employed to monitor strength gain of mortar.•Both experiments and simulation were conducted to discuss the mechanism of the EMI-PARF spectrum.•The PARF index exhibits high correlation with the mechanical properties of cement mortar.
