Construction and Application of Earthquake Emergency Video Conference System

Earthquake emergency video conference system is an important method of earthquake emergency command, and also an important way of daily meeting office work. The composition and key technologies of video conference system, and the construction development of such system in the emergency command center of Beijing Earthquake Agency are introduced. This paper expounds the application of video conference system in earthquake emergency command and daily business, with its advantages analyzed. The reasonable utilization of resources and system safety in the future work are put forward for further discussion.
