体外膜肺氧合装置辅助下射频消融治疗器质性室性心动过速一例

Abstract
该文报道1例男性患者,32岁,入院诊断为扩张性心肌病、室性心动过速,首次射频消融时因室性心动过速发作伴低血压和低氧血症而终止手术,再次在体外膜肺氧合装置(ECMO)的辅助下完成了射频消融治疗,随访6个月,患者一般状态良好,程控埋藏式心脏复律除颤器(ICD)无室性心动过速及心室颤动发作。ECMO辅助可提高基础动脉压和血氧含量,保证高频心室刺激和室性心动过速发作过程中心脏、大脑等重要器官的血氧供应,可应用于血流动力学不稳定的室性心动过速的射频消融术的辅助支持治疗。
