Abstract
C/TiO2 nanofibers have been the subject of an intense research effort. In this work, C/TiO2 nanofibers were prepared using electrospun technique following with a carbonization process. The effects of carbonization temperature on the electrochemical property and photocatalytic degradation of Methylene Blue were investigated. The results indicate that the C/TiO2 nanofibers carbonized at 900 °C exhibit the highest capacitance while those carbonized at 400 °C show the best photocatalytic activity. Our work could provide a valuable references for the applications of C/TiO2 nanofibers in energy storage devices and photocatalytic materials.
