Amplified AND logic platform for cell identification

Herein, we developed an amplified AND logic platform (AALP) on a cell membrane, which integrated two DNA aptamers for cell recognition and localized catalytic hairpin assembly (LCHA) for signal amplification. The AALP could perform "AND" logic computingviaa double-checked strategy of two biomarkers on similar cell surfaces and precisely label the target cells with an amplified fluorescence signal.
