Intravascular Lymphoma Presenting As Spinal Cord Infarction

A 62-year-old woman without any medical history was admitted to our hospital with a 4-week history of fever. Before the onset of fever, the patient had been diagnosed with spinal cord infarction (SCI) (figure 1A, B). Physical examination revealed no lymphadenopathy. Laboratory investigations revealed markedly elevated levels of soluble interleukin-2 receptor (sIL2R: 30 667 U/L).
