As a kind of typical inorganic nanomaterials, white titanium dioxides (W‐TiO2) nanomaterials with nanoscale have attracted considerable attention due to their good biocompatibility, high stability, and excellent light‐/ultrasound‐responsive characteristics, showing important potential as nanoprobes in biomedical field. In the past decades, W‐TiO2 nanomaterials have been widely investigated, and different nanoprobes with novel structure and performance were developed for the applications in photodynamic therapy (PDT), sonodynamic therapy (SDT), drug delivery, and visualized theranostics, which made them promising in cancer diagnosis and treatment.
