JSSPP 2020 - 23rd Workshop on Job Scheduling Strategies for Parallel Processing.

Summary form only given. The year 2020 is special for JSSPP workshop since JSSPP has been established 25 years ago in 1995. Despite the problems related to COVID-19 pandemic, we hope to deliver another highly interesting workshop. Seven papers will be presented at JSSPP during live video-conference session. Also, a keynote lecture will be delivered by César A. F. De Rose from PUCRS in Brazil, discussing performance interference and degradation in clouds.
