摘要
—A comprehensive study of the mechanical and tribological properties of composite materials developed for damping washers used in ball-screw pairs at the micro- and nanolevel has been carried out out. The study includes determination of the local elastic properties of elements of a composite material using atomic force microscopy, and integrated elastic properties, by indentation. The results obtained at the nano- and microlevels are compared. A method for determining the friction coefficient at the micro level has been developed. It is shown that the Amonton–Coulomb law is satisfied for the considered friction pair.
