X-Ray Diffraction Study of New Organic Compound n -Tol 3 Sb[OC(O)CH=CHPh] 2

摘要
The bis[(2 E )-3-phenylprop-2-enoate]-tris( п -tolyl)antimony n -Tol 3 Sb[OC(O)CH=CHPh] 2 complex is obtained as a result of interaction of tri- n -tolylantimony, hydrogen peroxide, and cinnamic acid. Its atomic structure is determined by X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis. The crystals under investigation belong to the monoclinic system and have the following lattice parameters: sp. gr. P2_1/n , Z = 4, a = 13.0480(2) Å, b = 12.3431(2) Å, c = 20.9868(3) Å, and β = 97.322(2)°. The antimony atom has a coordination corresponding to a distorted trigonal bipyramid. The composition and structure of the title compound are confirmed by IR spectroscopy and NMR spectroscopy.
