A Spectrum Allocation Method Based On Load Balancing For Heterogeneous Networks Of Smart Grid

Combined with distribution network business requirements and special wireless network performance, this paper proposes a spectrum resource allocation method for heterogeneous networks that combines load balancing and quality of service guarantee. While considering the load balance in heterogeneous networks, this method combines the bandwidth difference between different power grid services to bring the overall transmission rate of the system into the optimization index, so as to ensure the transmission quality of the service itself. In this paper, the problem to be solved is modeled as a multi-variable multi-optimization objective problem, and an improved genetic algorithm is adopted to select the appropriate coding method and the operation of genetic operators, and finally, the appropriate spectrum access strategy and the available spectrum bandwidth of each service under the access strategy are obtained. The strategy proposed in this paper not only considers load balancing but also improves the transmission rate of the system, so as to meet the needs of power network service and improve the overall efficiency of the system.
