摘要
The technique of simultaneous coagulation of two different materials in superfluid helium has been implemented, which allows one to create different ultrathin ( d < 8 nm) heterostructures. A simultaneous ablation of two metal targets (indium and platinum) immersed in the volume of superfluid helium and targets carried out above the surface of the liquid has been performed. During the ablation of targets in the volume of helium, nanowires from individual metals are obtained. During the ablation of targets located above the surface, in addition to nanowires of individual metals, “combined” nanowires are formed when the wire from indium coaxially overlap the platinum wire.
