Recent declines in HIV infections at Silom Community Clinic Bangkok, Thailand corresponding to HIV prevention scale up: An open cohort assessment 2005–2018

•Decline in HIV infection in Bangkok, Thailand among men who have sex with men (MSM).•HIV incidence remains high in young MSM in Bangkok, Thailand.•HIV decline associated with increases in HIV prevention and treatment implementation in Bangkok, Thailand, including HIV pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) and Treatment as Prevention (TasP).•First report of HIV incidence declines associated with increasing PrEP and TasP implementation in a Low or Middle Income (LMI) country.
