Analyzed by KEGG showed that these genes involved in 107 gene pathways. The results of RT-PCR analyzed with 2-DDCt method showed that compared to healthy people, the expression of CYP4F3 gene was 1.62 0.27(p1⁄40.006), the expression of IL13RA1 gene was 1.11 0.35(p1⁄40.681), and the expression of USP25 gene was 0.56 0.07(p1⁄40.003).
