摘要
antibody, during which time they were fed diets containing 10% each of coconut oil (CO), high oleic saMower oil, saMower oil (SO), or fisli o l, then they were chal}enged for 3h oral]y with the antigen. The dietary SO, compared to other dietary fats, resulted in lower circulfttory release of rat chymasell (RChyn), an indicator of degranlllation of mucosal mast cells in the intestine, in respoitse to the antigen. Addition of O.5% curcumin to the CO or SO diet towered the release. The SO diet, compared to CO diet, tended to increase the concentration of reaginic antibody, but the infiuence of eurcumin addition was not prorninent. These results indicate that dietary ingredients difTbrently infiuence the synthesis of irnmunoglobulin E and degranulation of mast cells.
