The application of high density resistivity method to ground subsidence

The karst ground subsidence is one of common geological disasters. It greatly endangers people`s life and safety. The High Density Resistivity Method is a new geophysical measurement. It is often applied in geological disaster survey and engineering survey. In this paper, authors have got a good result in the ground subsidence project at Fenghuo village. They have divided a boundary about the differenct layers, also discussed the cause of the ground subsidence, and detected the disturbed soil layer,fault and karst.
