Abstract
蛋白质的翻译后修饰主要包括磷酸化、乙酰化、泛素化以及甲基化,在调节蛋白质结构和功能上起到重要作用.目前对于蛋白质甲基化研究最多的是组蛋白甲基化.除了组蛋白,赖氨酸、精氨酸甲基化也发生在非组蛋白.近年来,越来越多的非组蛋白甲基化被发现,非组蛋白甲基化在肿瘤发生发展中同样具有重要意义.本文就此方面的进展作简要概述.
