摘要
Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are cyclic semi-volatile organic groups that contain two or more benzene rings in their molecular structure and contain no other elements other than carbon and hydrogen. PAHs are toxic, carcinogenic and mutagenic compounds released into the atmosphere from natural and anthropogenic sources. PAHs, even at very low concentrations, are one of the most studied topics in the scientific world in recent years by many researchers in that they are extremely harmful to living things and habitats. Sampling, Extraction and Analysis processes are very important methods for determining the effects and atmospheric concentrations of organic pollutants PAHs in a specific area in air pollution studies. Sampling points, Extraction tests and Analysis procedures selected when determining atmospheric amounts of PAH compounds classified by USEPA in the list of priority pollutants must comply with National and International criteria such as WHO, EPA and EN. It is also very important to analyze PAHs that have been sampled and extracted by appropriate methods using appropriate chromatographic devices. In this study, detailed information is given about Sampling of PAHs, Extraction experiments and Analysis procedures.
