Vestibular schwannomas (VSs) account for 8% of intracranial tumors and 70% of all tumors of the cerebellopontine angle (CPA).1 The clinical presentation is often insidious, with progressive hearing loss and involvement of other cranial nerves (CNs), primarily the facial (VII) and the trigeminal (V) nerves. Spontaneous hemorrhage in those tumors is very unusual, and generally presents with acute clinical features, resulting in higher mortality.2 Case Report
