摘要

The aim of the study was to examine the activity of neutrophils taken from synovial fluid of patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Sam pies were taken before and after cryotherapy. The activity of neutrophils prestimulated with opsonized zymozan was measured by chemiluminescence. It was shown that, in the majority of patients chemiluminescence was more intense before treatment but became less intense after cryotherapy. Conclusion: Results show that cryotherapy, irrespective ofthe level of chemiluminescence, norrnalizes the activity of neutrophils stimulated with opsonized zymozan. P-II-6-20
