In this world, human was born with a variety of different character and behaviors different. In daily activity, many people who apply the nature of honesty in life, but not a few also people who do lies to cover up the truth. The lie has become one of the common behaviors that are often done in daily activity. The lie aims to build an miss understanding for others. From the results of research conducted lie detector tool. Accuracy is obtained from observations on the change in pupillary diameter and eye movement using the method of circular Hough transform and then determined using the Support Vector Machine classification. From the results of research is done lie detector system successfully detects lies. The accuracy was obtained from the observation on the change of pupil diameter using the circular Hough transform method and the movement of the eyeball using the same method then determined using the classification of Support Vector Machine. In research conducted, a person who lies his pupils will experience dilation of 4% to 7% of the initial pupil diameter of respondents and experienced eye movements tend to right.
