Transcatheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI) has become the standard treatment for aortic stenosis in high-risk patients. TAVI for native valve aortic regurgitation is technically more demanding because of a lack of anchoring calcification, a lower index incidence, heterogeneous causes, and larger anatomy.
