Abstract
RESULTS Compared with the control group, after treated with 60 mmol/ L H2O2, the number of SA b-gal positive cells and the expression of PAI-1 significantly increased. Meantime, MDA concentration increased but the expression of SOD1 decreased in the senescent cells. However, after pretreatment of 20 mmol/ L Ginsenoside Rb1, the ratio of SA b-gal positive cells, the expression of PAI-1 and the MDA concentration decreased significantly, but the expression of SOD1 increased.
