Investigation of the effect of L-Carnitine on Mouse Ovarian Transplantation

Introduction: L-carnitine (LC) has yielded relevant results on ischaemic/ reperfusion (I/R) injuries in organs such as the intestine, liver, kidney, brain and heart, because of its antioxidant activity. We aimed to evaluate the potential of using L-carnitine to improve the quality of grafted ovarian tissues. Materials and methods: The ovaries from 4-6-week old mice were grafted into back muscle site.
