肠易激综合征(IBS)患者肠内存在免疫屏障异常,进而导致机械屏障异常,而IBS患者也存在紧密连接蛋白(TJs)调节的肠上皮机械屏障的异常.TJs属于跨膜蛋白,可通过直接和间接影响其信号通路而改变其的结构和功能,其中内源性细胞因子是其主要影响因素.植物药可通过直接和间接作用影响TJs的结构和功能,改善肠上皮屏障的完整性,为IBS的治疗提供了研究思路.
