His research interests focus on e-business, marketing, consumer behaviour and tourism marketing. He has publications on these topics in a range of scientific journals and has been involved in several related research projects. He has extensive experience as a business consultant.Alexandros ApostolakisDr. Alexandros Apostolakis, is an associate professor in Tourism Marketing, at the Hellenic Mediterranean University. Alexandros holds a PhD in Tourism Economics and an MSc in Local and Regional Economic Analysis, both from the University of Portsmouth, UK. Currently, Dr Apostolakis is director of the Tourism and Entrepreneurhip Laboratory, a research lab specialising in market research and consumer behaviour. Alexandros has published in all mainstream academic journals in the the tourism field.Irini DimouDr. Irini Dimou works as an associate professor of Business Administration at the Hellenic Mediterranean University (Greece). Her research interests include strategic management in the tourism and hospitality industry, destination management and tourism education. She has published in various journals, including Journal of Business Research, International Journal of Tourism Research and Journal of Hospitality Marketing and Management.
