A Spectrum-Tunable and Flexible Light-Emitting Device with Ultra-Wide Wavelength Range

摘要
As the demand for display quality increases, flexible and color-tunable light sources attract great attention. Conventional solid-state light-emitting devices mainly produce specific colors via bandgap engineering. This work proposes a flexible, ultra-wide range and tunable spectrum light-emitting device based on laser-induced graphene. The range of spectrum is 650–1000 nm, and its center wavelength can alter from 740 to 950 nm. The device has excellent color quality, good uniformity, and programmable shape. This flexible lighting device has outstanding luminous performance and shows great potential in flexible display.
