摘要

•TORS and neck dissection followed by risk-adapted therapy provides excellent survival and functional outcomes.•SND did not result in worse survival than MRND in our group of patients.•Patients with ≥ 5 metastatic nodes have worse overall survival after controlling for age, positive ENE and margins.•Low yield (<18 nodes) on neck dissection worsens disease free survival.
