•Present the methodologies and evaluation results for the cardiac segmentation algorithms selected from the submissions to the MS-CMRSeg challenge, in conjunction with MICCAI 2019.•Provide a fair and intuitive comparison between the supervised methods and UDA algorithms for cardiac segmentation.•Provide datasets and evaluation tools for an ongoing development of MS-CMR based cardiac segmentation algorithms.
