摘要
The immobilization of biologically active catalysts on solid supports is a central paradigm in bioprocessing industries and in the design of medical device and diagnostics. Degradation of surface activity in the operating environment by stresses such as oxidation, hydrolysis, and proteolysis often limits their long term performance. Here we show the site-specific covalent immobilization of biologically active molecules and their regeneration through a two-step stripping and recharging cycle. Reversible transpeptidation by a laboratory-evolved
