Production of 64Cu-labeled monobody for imaging of human EphA2-expressing tumors

•E1, human fibronectin domain III scaffold, is an artificial binding protein.•E1,monobody specifically targeted to earlycancer marker human EphA2.•E1 was radiolabeled with 64Cu after NOTA conjugation.•64Cu-labeled E1 was injected to PC3 tumor-bearing mice and detected with PET.•The 64Cu-labeled E1 would be used as PET probe to detect EphA2 expressing tumor.
