Psychometric properties of the Chinese version of the cancer survivors' unmet needs measure.

•The CaSUN Chinese version (C-CaSUN) is a reliable and valid measure of unmet needs in Chinese cancer survivors.•Findings support the C-CaSUN’s five-factor construct.•When applying C-CaSUN: Scores in both the item levels and domain or factor levels should be evaluated.•The unexpected finding of positive correlations between C-CaSUN and benefit finding scales merits further exploration.•Developing and delivering unmet needs-driven survivorship care is of paramount importance in supporting cancer survivors.
