摘要

•In Silico data were used for the selection of T. canis antigens as vaccine candidate.•T. canis recombinant antigens were used effectively for the control of toxocariasis.•The rTcCad and rTcVcan proteins can be an efficient vaccine for the definitive hosts.•Th1/Th2 response showed in this study can be effective in controlling toxocariasis.
