摘要
The FRET-based porphyrin-pyranine dyad 1 exhibited sensitive and reversible emission ratio (F660/F435) response in a dynamic pH range of 2.6–8.6, and thus was applied for pHi calibration by fluorescence ratio imaging in living cells.
