Dynamics properties of skyrmion based microwave detectors under external field

We designed a new structure microwave detectors based on skyrmion, which has a very high theoretical limit sensitivity reaching over 100 000 mV mW(-1) without any external bias fields. Moreover, the response of the detector to external variables such as bias current and bias magnetic field were also investigated. Our investigations offer a new way for the design of skyrmion based microwave detectors, which are useful in the developments of spintronic devices.
