Abstract

•Visual VFM analysis method based on YOLO Model and Continuity Equation is designed.•Positioning and tracking of myocardial wall is realized based on YOLO model and IBM.•The nonlinear weight function is adopted to reduce the cumulative error.•The proposed VFM method provides a new basis for the evaluation of cardiac function.
