Psychological crisis intervention response to the COVID 19 pandemic: A Tunisian centralised Protocol

•We implemented a helpline accessible throughout the country, including those without access to Internet.•Our model is a medico-economic-social volunteering model which integrates medical students, child and adolescent psychiatrists, psychiatrists, psychologists, a facilitator technical platform, and social services.•An intervention method which is carried out immediately and on demand, adapted to different categories (medical staff, child, adult) and ranging from simple psychoeducation to specialized care by therapists competent in victimology, suicidology or addictology.
